Busy Birthday Week

December 8, 2009 by Regina Chow 4 Comments
I’m sorry I have not posted any of my buys from the Korea trip. I have been so swamped at work ever since I got back that I hardly have any time for myself. Today’s my birthday but I only managed to get off work at 7.30p.m. To think that I was supposed to be on afternoon leave!
Before I continue with my Japan trip updates, I thought I should post just one dress up for sale!;) This dress isn’t from my Korea trip but I fell madly in love with the nautical striped satin fabric. The cutesy bow in the middle lends a touch of playfulness to the entire outfit, making it perfect for the weekend. It’s very versatile as you can just throw a blazer over for work. Fits S-M best in my opinion as this is a tad loose for me.

For a better view of the dress, pls click on pics below. I have a brand new piece for sale, so do e-mail me at regina.chow@gmail.com if you are keen.
Price: S$28 PENDING

I bought a little birthday gift for myself from Ferragamo last weekend. It doubled up as a reward for working into the wee hours of the morning. πŸ˜‰ Now, my dark rings are even darker than before!!

Within the paper bag lies a pair of Carla bow pumps in bisque. There was a 30% discount on this baby and they had it in my size! I took the one with shorter heels (5cm) for greater comfort.

It happened to be a good hair and good skin day despite being deprived of sleep, if that’s any consolation. LOL

Alright, I’m gonna take a much deserved break for now. Sigh, it sure doesn’t feel like it’s the end of the year!

Korea – Retail Therapy for Shopaholics Part 2

September 21, 2009 by Regina Chow No Comments
I’ve received numerous requests for me to put up more items from Korea for sale, so I’ll take a break from blogging about my Korea trip to put up one pretty item today!

Here’s a gorgeous little cropped cardigan made of chiffon. It comes complete with sweet ribbons, pearls and diamontes. This lovely cardi instantly dresses up any outfit by lending a touch of femininity and elegance. Definitely one of my favourites. πŸ˜‰

You know how much such cardis retail in shops, but you can be sure that I’m selling this at only a fraction of the cost! This is so pretty I’ve decided to keep one for myself as well. I can assure you that it looks even prettier in real life!
Price: SGD 49.90 *SOLD*

If you are interested in this item, do e-mail me at regina.chow@gmail.com.

Pls note that items are sold on a first come first served basis. I will also give priority to those who confirm that they would definitely want to purchase this item. Appreciate if payment could be made within 24 hours, failing which the item will go to the next buyer on my waiting list.

Happy shopping! Watch out for dresses in my next sales post. πŸ˜‰

Korea – Retail Therapy for Shopaholics

September 12, 2009 by Regina Chow 5 Comments
I have just started unpacking, which is a huge challenge because my mum and I came back with 4 luggages that were packed to the brim.
I couldn’t resist wearing some of the clothes out though. This was what I wore yesterday to rider’s cafe for lunch. The entire ensemble is from my Korea haul.

Chanel-inspired t-shirt with floral skirt and gladiator heels. Love the ribbon hairband too!

My pretty ribbon hairband. The ribbon applique is made of white pearls and diamontes. Gorgeous isn’t it?
I have an extra piece for sale, so drop me an e-mail at regina.chow@gmail.com if you are interested!
Price: SGD29.90 -SOLD-

This hairband typically retails at a hefty $60 or more at some shops in Far East Plaza, but rest assured that I’m selling this at a pocket-friendly price πŸ™‚

I also brought along a pretty bow cardigan as it was raining in the afternoon.

This knitted cardigan has two pretty bows made of shimmering pearls and buttons that resemble black gem-like stones (see close-up pics below).

If you are a fan of bows, just like me, this is the perfect cardi for you! This is free sized but I would recommend it for UK6-8 girls.

Ardent fans of Korean fashion (like me!) will know that such cardigans typically retail at more than SGD100 per piece at most shops in Singapore, a pretty exorbitant price to pay even for avid cardi-lovers like me!

To prevent a hole in your pocket, I brought back an extra piece from Korea to share with my readers, so if you are interested, drop me an e-mail at regina.chow@gmail.com! Price: SGD 49.90 *Sold*

I’ll be posting up more items for sale as I slowly unpack my luggages, so do look out for more affordable Korean fashion!

Sale Post

I need to clear some space in my wardrobe, and I decided that this would be an opportune time for me to share my dresses with you girls. πŸ™‚ These are either brand new or have only been worn out once/twice. For your reference, I am 1.6m tall and usually wear UK6/XS.
If you’ll like to get any of these items, please leave a comment with your name and e-mail address or e-mail me directly at regina.chow@gmail.com. Prices are inclusive of normal mail postage.

Thanks babes!

1) Grey Bandage Dress (without inner black tube) – Brand New

Bandage dresses are all the rage now. Need I say more? This is made of very comfy, soft cotton and would fit S-M sizes. Match this with a pair of fierce heels to achieve the city chic look.

$15 – Sold

2) Ribbon Checked Dress – Worn twice

I love ribbons, hence I couldn’t resist getting this cute dress adorned with 7 little bows at the neckline. It’s a structured dress and would be appropriate for work when paired with a jacket(albeit a little short for me). ;). Fits XS – S.

$14

3) Candy Pink Dress – Worn once
Cute cotton bib dress with adjustable straps – you can wear it as a halter or a spaghetti strap dress. Comes with little floral motifs and gold rose buttons at the bib. Bib is made of chiffon. Fits XS – S.

$16

4) Smocked Summer Dress – Brand New
This is such a sweet summer dress, complete with polka dots (I have a soft spot for polka dots too!) and cheerful floral prints. Made of cotton and can be worn both on and off-shoulder. Fits XS- SM

S$15

4) Navy Blue Toga Dress – Worn once

This is one of my favourite dress. Toga dresses are sexy and flirty, yet not too revealing. This alluring dress is especially feminine as it has cascading frills on one side. How very charming!

S$17 – Sold

Enjoy!
