Apple of My Eye

May 4, 2013 by Regina Chow 4 Comments

Apple Wristlet from Kate Spade
Rings from Accessorize
The title of this post is very apt because it was love at first sight for me when I first saw this adorable apple wristlet on Kate Spade’s website. Unfortunately, it was sold out both online and in stores island-wide as it is apparently a limited edition bag. The kind SA at Kate Spade Raffles City offered to put me on the waiting list in the very unlikely event that the bag gets restocked. Well, at least there was a glimmer of hope, I thought.
Fast forward a few weeks later, I went on a trip to Jakarta sponsored by Bata and lo and behold, under the most unexpected circumstances, I spotted this wristlet at a Kate Spade store while we were window-shopping at a mall. It was perched precariously on the fingers of the mannequin and well-hidden behind a long full skirt that was on display. My eyes lit up that very moment and I knew I had to make it mine. I guess it was meant to be because this was the last bag left in the store and I thought I heard the SA let out a brief sigh of disappointment.

I fell pretty sick after the trip and didn’t have the energy to think about how to go about styling my outfit to match this cute little bag, but the minute I did, I picked out the most summery top and skirt that I could find in my wardrobe and took the bag out for a test drive.
One interesting aspect about this bag is its spaciousness. It’s of a rather odd shape and size, but the bag surprisingly opens up into two deep compartments which can comfortably fit my cards, cash, keys and my iPhone5. That’s basically all I need during the weekend!

Here’s another variation of the outfit. This time, with the socks rolled all the way up to the knees.

Top and hat from Bangkok
Skirt, shoes and knee high socks from random shop in Singapore

I had so much fun coordinating my outfit for this post. Hope you love this set of photos as much as I do!

DHC Event at Cookyn Inc

May 2, 2013 by Regina Chow No Comments
I’ve been meaning to try out DHC products, so you can imagine my excitement when I was invited to the DHC event at Cookyn Inc (Thanks Smith!).

It is true that beauty comes from within…..within bottles, jars, sachets and boxes. After all, without beauty products, maintaining a youthful appearance with clear, translucent skin would be an impossible task, isn’t it?
And when it comes to skincare for Asians, Japanese skincare label DHC knows best. Did you know that DHC is the number 1 direct mail skincare company in Japan? Japanese are known for their discerning tastes and rigorous quality standards, both of which are clearly reflected in DHC’s products.
What I especially adore about DHC products is that they are fragrance free, free from mineral oil and paraben free. Plant extracts coupled with state-of-the-art scientific research form the bedrock of DHC’s formulation, so consumers like us can be assured that DHC products are safe and effective.

I am currently using DHC’s washing powder and make-up wipes (pictured above) as part of my skincare routine and I really love how effective these products are in removing all the dirt and grime from my face after a long day.  I usually bring the washing powder and make-up wipes with me when I travel because there’s no need to pack them in my check-in luggage, which makes washing up a breeze during long flights.
1. DHC Washing Powder (S$22.90)
Its plant-based formula is very gentle on dry skin yet effective in removing dirt as well as dead skin. It uses natural ingredients and small amounts of amino acid derivatives to match our skin’s PH level and retain moisture. I like how my skin is clean, silky smooth and moisturized after each wash.
2. DHC Make-Off sheet (S$17.50 for 50 sheets)
These handy make-up wipes are made of 100% cotton and formulated with plant-based skincare ingredients such as Chamomile Extract and Ginseng Extract to ensure that your skin remains moisturized. I used this during my Taipei, Shanghai and Jakarta trips this month and I find that these make-up wipes are very effective at removing every trace of make-up. As with all other DHC products, I love that these wipes are unscented, uncolored and paraben free too.

DHC has also recently launched its new anti-ageing skincare series, DHC Kakonjuka Skincare Series.

The Kakonjuka Skincare Series is formulated with six carefully selected Japanese and Korean botanicals extracted from the plants’ nuts, leaves, stems, flowers and fruits. It includes ingredients such as Olive leaf Extract, Trehalose derivatives and Lingzhi to promote collagen production so as to enhance the skin’s elasticity and firmness.

Ms Kimiko Ikeda, Beauty Advisor from DHC Japan, specially flew down to introduce DHC’s latest products and beauty tips on how to maintain our youth and beauty.

After masking, it’s always important to follow up with your usual skincare routine (e.g. serum and moisturizer). DHC’s Kakonjuka Cream is one moisturizer that you may want to try for its anti-ageing properties as it helps to improve skin elasticity and prevent wrinkles!

After the beauty workshop, it was time for us to cook up a storm using DHC’s collagen drink and collagen powder! A daily skincare regime is essential, but it is also important to pay attention to beauty food recipes for beautiful, glowing skin.

Group picture with the rest of the bloggers at my table:

Here are the ingredients for our first dish on the menu, Baked Buttery Mentaiko Ramen.

Shredding mushrooms to complement our mentaiko ramen. I added a huge dollop of mentaiko roe because it is so yummy!

After mixing the ingredients with ready cooked ramen, we wrapped our ramen into a little parcel and popped it in the oven to bake.
When it’s out from the oven, add nori seaweed, bonito flakes, DHC collagen powder (remember to add this only after cooking) and some pepper to taste, and you’re done!
Here’s the recipe for this delicious dish with collagen boosting properties:

Baked Buttery Mentaiko Ramen
– Serves 4-6 small portions

Ingredients:
1 packet of dry ramen (270g)
0.5 cups of mentaiko roe
4 teaspoons of onion powder
2 teaspoons of chopped garlic
100g of enoli mushrooms (cut into 1cm)
100g of shiitake mushrooms (chopped finely)
50g of salted butter
50g of salted butter
1/3 cup of heavy cream
1/2 cup of chicken broth
1/3 cup of mirin
2 x tablespoons of Japanese Mayonnaise
0.5 lemon
Black pitted olives
Nori Seaweed (garnish)
Bontio flakes (garnish)
Chives (Garnish)
Sakt and pepper (to taste)
4-6 pcs of baking paper (15 x 15cm)

 Directions for preparation:

1. Cook ramen in boiling water till slightly soft (about 1.5-2 minutes)
2. Plunge in ice-cold water to stop cooking process. Set aside.
3. Melt butter in frying pan. Set aside and let it cool slightly.
4. Mix melted butter with garlic, onion powder and a pinch of salt until dissolved.
5. Addi n mayonnaise, cream and mentaiko. Combine well.
6. Place a sheet of baking paper on table and put a handful of cold soba in the middle of the parcel.
7. Toss with 1 tablespoon of mentaiko butter prepared earlier.
8. Top with handful of assorted mushrooms.
9. Drizzle with some mentaiko butter and a tablespoon of chicken broth. Add pepper to taste.
10. Wrap and seal parcel
11. Place in preheated oven of 160 deg Celsius and cook for 12 minutes.

Next up on the menu was sushi! All we had to do was to roll avocado, cucumbers, salmon, collagen powder and sushi rice on a sheet of Nori seaweed before slicing the sushi roll. Sounds simple enough, but one look at this picture below shows that I am probably not cut out to be a Japanese housewife.

Karen on the other hand looks like the perfect Japanese housewife with her immaculately rolled sushi.

The last dish on the menu was dessert! We created our own yogurt anmitsu with fresh fruit and the DHC collagen drink. It is incredibly easy to make and absolutely delicious to boot!
Add in fruits, mochi balls, konnyaku jelly cubes and low fat yogurt layer by layer, then pour a bottle of the DHC collagen drink into the glass and you’re done. Easy isn’t it?
I had an enjoyable time whipping up these simple delicacies infused with the goodness of DHC collagen with the girls!

I went to the event after work that day so I was dressed more formally.

Dress: Chanel
Shoes: Salvatore Ferragamo
Statement Necklace from my supplier

Before we left, DHC gave each of us a bundle of goodies!
Next, I’m going to share a beauty drink that I’ve been taking with DHC’s collagen powder every night for a couple of weeks before my crazy travelling schedule in April.
It is about time I resumed my routine now that I’m back in Singapore for a longer period of time.

I came across Rooibos tea one day in the supermarket and was immediately drawn to its health benefits. Rooibos tea contains powerful antioxidants and promotes good health and skin. Sounds good right? If you can’t take caffeinated drinks like me, you’ll be happy to know that rooibos tea is caffeine-free. In fact, it helps you to sleep better, hence I personally prefer to take it at night.

I typically stir a spoonful of collagen powder into my rooibos tea and it is almost tasteless. It dissolves readily too! What I like about the collagen powder is that it doesn’t have a fishy taste and it blends very well with most drinks.

If you’re interested to try rooibos tea, it can be found in NTUC and most supermarkets that carry organic products. Hope you’ll like this drink as much as I do!

Taipei – The City that Never Stops Eating (Part 2)

April 25, 2013 by Regina Chow No Comments
I just got back from Jakarta (thanks to Bata for the sponsored trip!) and I have, very unfortunately, fallen ill. I am now coughing very badly and I am close to losing my voice. I don’t cough as much in the day as I do at night, hence my sleeping cycle is now somewhat reversed.
Anyhow, let’s go back to Taipei for now. This post is filled with pictures of food, so if you feel hungry after reading this, don’t say I didn’t warn you. 😉
We had a sumptuous Japanese meal for lunch at a random Japanese joint. The sashimi was fresh and every cod roe was bursting with flavour. Yummy!
One of our friends introduced us to a roadside stall serving seafood noodles made famous by Taiwanese singer Jam Hsiao because he used to live in this particular district and patronized this stall very frequently.
I love the dimly lit alleys against the backdrop of the darkening sky at dusk.
After a few turns, we finally arrived at the famous seafood noodles stall which was situated in the middle of an obscure street among a mass of other make-shift stalls. This is perhaps the Taiwanese version of our hawker centre.
Unfortunately, we were so ravenous the moment the food arrived, we forgot to take photos of the food and the stall. It is quite unmistakable once you find your way here though, as there are many photos of Jam and his fans plastered all over the stall. 😉 The servings are huge, with generous portions of fresh seafood, all at a ridiculously low price of just S$3!
After filling our tummies, we made our way to W Hotel near Taipei 101.

The building with purple lights is Esquire bookstore, which has outlets all over Taipei. The main branch here has a total of 5 levels, which amazes me especially in an era where books are gradually being replaced with e-books and brick and mortar bookstores are slowly becoming a thing of the past.
Taipei 101 looks majestic but from what I remember of my last trip here, the view from the top of the tower is quite disappointing.
Finally, we arrived at W Hotel! I love the elevator ceiling, which is a visual spectacle in its own right.
We sat there, had drinks and chatted for what seemed like eternity before we finally got back on our feet and left for more food.

As you can see, the place was pretty dark, hence not many photos were taken.

Everyone raves about the street food in Taipei and honestly, it is not difficult to understand why. There is a huge variety of choices even if you are not into their signature fried food (e.g. fried chicken, mushrooms and the likes).

Baked potato drenched in cheese, topped with sliced ham.

Snow Ice

Salt and Pepper Squid

Smelly Tofu
 Xiao Long Bao

This reminds me of crepes, but this is known as 蛋饼 in Taiwan. There’s a wide selection of fillings to choose from but what really completes the meal is the dark sauce drizzled on top.

Are you hungry yet? I haven’t had much appetite lately due to the bout of illness but these pictures are enough to work up an appetite for me!
Finally, I’m ending this post with some of my outfit shots in Taipei:

I bought this pair of Korean black wedged sneakers at WuFenPu for about S$80 and they are surprisingly very comfortable. I loved it so much that I brought it along with me to Jakarta too and I pretty much wore it everyday. 😉

Given the amount of shopping I did, the focus of my next and final Taipei post will be on my shopping buys!

Head-to-Toe Prints: Is it a good idea?

April 22, 2013 by Regina Chow 4 Comments

Head-to-Toe matchy-matchy prints have been on trend for some time now, and while it may be a daunting affair to replicate what we see on runways without looking like you stepped out of your house in your pajamas, one thing’s for sure, you will definitely attract a lot of stares and attention by following this trend. Whether or not people look on in admiration or with furrowed brows depends largely on the cutting and workmanship of the clothes.
I think the key is to keep the look structured with tailored silhouettes. If it is too loose, you’ll risk looking like you’re wearing pajamas, and if it is too tight, the entire ensemble just looks cheap.

If you find bold graphic prints from head-to-toe too intimidating (like me), you can consider trying smaller prints that are less in-your-face. In place of pants, you can also try going for shorts instead. What I also like about these head-to-toe sets is that you can always mix and match the top and bottom separately with other separates in your wardrobe.
Here’s my take on head-to-toe prints with a paisley print top and shorts set:

Paisley print set from FEP
Shoes from Forever21
Bag from Loewe
Accessories from Korea

**Edited to add on 24 April

Vanity Trove April Edition and Giveaway!

April 18, 2013 by Regina Chow 3 Comments
I’ve been thinking of trying out Vanity Trove for the longest time and was absolutely thrilled when Camy from Vanity Trove very kindly sent the April Edition over!
I’m sure most of you know what Vanity Trove is, but for the benefit of those who have not been introduced to its concept yet, I will give you all the details.

Vanity Trove is a subscription based platform for you to try out new beauty
products every month. Upon subscribing, you’ll receive a box chock full of various beauty
products in trial or even full size delivered right to your doorstep once a month!
I personally think that this is the best way for
testing out new products before buying the full size ones and you get to try a myriad of brands at a fraction of the cost! Honestly, what’s there not to love? 🙂
Now, let’s take a look at what the April Edition of Vanity Trove offers, shall we?
April’s Edition comes complete with Elizabeth Arden’s Visible Whitening Range as well as products from popular Japanese brand Dr C: Labo.
Specially formulated for and tested on Asian skin, Elizabeth Arden’s Visible Whitening range is designed to prevent melanin production and reduce pigmentation to ensure that your skin is brighter and more radiant than before.
Visible Whitening Smoothing Cleanser
The enzymatic micro-beads in this cleanser gently removes dead surface cells and evens out your skin tone by reducing the appearance of sun spots.
Visible Whitening Melanin Control Night Capsules
If you are concerned about pigmentation, you may also wish to try out the Melanin Control Night Capsules which deliver potent natural hop extract to inhibit melanin formation at every stage as well as minimize the appearance of pigmentation. The powerful botanicals, vitamin C derivative and environmental protectants not only battle against the harmful effects of pollution, but also support the skin’s natural collagen and elastin matrix.
The end result? You’ll get brighter, smoother skin!
Visible Whitening Multi-targeted UV shield BB Cream SPF 30 PA++
We all know the importance of using sunscreen, especially in sunny Singapore. What I like about this BB cream is that it provides ample sun protection, hydrates as well as brightens your skin. The anti-aging technology also serves to prevent the appearance of discolorations and fine lines, giving you beautiful, glowing skin.
I have heard rave reviews about Dr Ci: Labo’s products, which are made of natural ingredients and are paraben free! That explains why I was especially excited to see its star product, the Aqua-Collagen-Gel, in this month’s edition of Vanity Trove.
Touted as the simplest skincare, the Aqua-Collagen-Gel sold over 23 million jars worldwide thanks to its wonderful multi-tasking capabilities. You’ll receive the benefits of 6 products (Toner, Milky lotion, Beauty essence, Facial mask, Facial cream, and Makeup base), all in just one little jar. That sure saves us a lot of time and cost!

2. Laniege White Plus Renew Trial Set

Here’s another set of whitening products to combat melanin production and block out the sun’s harmful rays!
These are the products that you will be receiving:
3. DHC Mild Lotion and DHC Collagen Pills

I’m taking DHC’s collagen powder currently and I thought I would share the love here by giving you a brand new pack of collagen pills!
4. Hair Curlers
I have been receiving queries on how I curl my hair recently, and truth be told, the secret  lies in these sponge hair curlers. The curlers are made entirely out of sponge and are pretty soft so you can actually sleep with them on. I’m giving away a set of 4 for you to try them out too! 😀
I had my hair permed in Jan 2013, but the perm is fast wearing off and these sponge curlers are the only reason why I can still achieve bouncy curls! I typically start rolling my hair with these curlers after washing my hair, when my hair is about 80-90% dry. Then, I jump into bed, drift into slumberland and when the next morning arrives, this is what my hair looks like:

Amazing right? The curls last the entire day and I don’t need any styling products at all. 🙂

Now, here’s a quick recap of what you have to do to receive all these goodies:

1. Follow me @reginachow_sg on Instagram, Twitter or Facebook
(The more platforms you follow, the higher your chances!)

2. Follow @NailVibeSG on Instagram

3. Register as a user on Nailvibe.com
Remember to contact me via Facebook or e-mail me at regina.chow@gmail.com to let me know when you’ve done all of the above!
(Please note that for the purpose of this giveaway, I would have to meet up with the winner as there are too many bulky items.)

Taipei – The City that Never Stops Eating (Part 1)

April 16, 2013 by Regina Chow 1 Comment
Although the bulk of this trip was spent shopping (well, it was hard not to shop, especially when we set foot on Wu Fen Pu), we made sure that we had ample time for Taiwan snacks and delicacies too. After all, Taipei is the city that never stops eating.
One of my favourite stalls in Taiwan is Ah Zong Mian Xian, located at Ximending. Ah Zong Mian Xian’s noodles come with generous servings of pig intestines, which is great if you’re a fan of innards. I generally tend to stay away from all innards, so I was there just for the noodles. I absolutely love the texture of the noodles and the flavourful gravy!

 Ah Zong Mian Xian
Address: No.8-1, Emei St., Wanhua District, Taipei City (台北市峨嵋街8號之1)
Walking Directions: 5 minutes walk from Ximen MRT station, exit 6
Being an ardent fan of Jay Chou’s music, I was adamant on visiting Deja Vu, a themed restaurant set up by Jay Chou and famous magician Liu Qian.

The restaurant
is decorated with antique chairs, tables and artifacts which belong to
Jay Chou, alongside props that Liu Qian used in his magic shows.

I love the baroque and gothic interior design elements, which came together beautifully to create an interesting environment for patrons to dine in. There is so much character here and the ornaments on display are a feast for the eyes as well.

The most outstanding item on display at the restaurant is probably Jay’s Batmobile, which doubles up as a bait for all photography enthusiasts.

My favourite item, however, is this intricately carved antique grand piano. It has been a while since I last played the piano and I have been contemplating about buying one for my current home.  Maybe it’s about time!

Decor aside, I was pleasantly surprised to discover that the food is reasonably priced and pretty delicious too. Here’s a word of caution though, the portions here are ridiculously huge so it is best to share to prevent food wastage.

Besides pizza, we ordered the mentaiko pasta here at the recommendation of my friend, and I’m happy to report that both were good! This is one restaurant that I would recommend for both ambience and food.

 Parting outfit shot:

Blouse from Forever21
Jacket from Zara
Jeans from Topshop
Wedge Sneakers from Korea
Bag from Prada
Deja Vu
Address: Huashan 1914 Creative Park (華山1914) , Center Four Hall (中四館), 1, Bade Rd Sec 1, Taipei City (台北市八德路一段1號)

Purple Highlights in Taipei

April 15, 2013 by Regina Chow No Comments
 I
just returned from a work trip to China and am in the midst of
unpacking my luggage, finishing up some work and also sorting out all
the photos from my Taipei trip (erm I still have photos from Australia
and New Zealand too!) as well as from several blogger events/reviews.
To start the ball rolling, I thought I’ll just share some photos of my new hairstyle. 😉
I wanted to get highlights done in Taipei and my friend recommended that I try out Crazy Cut Salon located across Rainbow Hotel at Ximending. Her regular stylist, Angel, suggested I go with either dark purple highlights or greenish ash highlights. I thought it would be an interesting change to have purple highlights, since ash is way too similar to my base colour.
My only reservation was that I was afraid the purple highlights would turn out too bold and inappropriate for work, but Angel assured me that it would blend in very well with my existing base colour.

These photos were taken indoors and they have not been edited in any way. Isn’t it amazing how subtle the purple highlights are?

This is what it looks like under sunlight, 2 weeks after my colour job (photo taken from Instagram @reginachow_sg)

The colour is definitely more obvious under sunlight, but it is still somewhat subtle and not too in-your-face.
I took the opportunity to touch up my roots at the salon as well and the entire process took a little over 3 hours. The service was wonderful and I was really happy with the end result! The best part was, the total cost was extremely affordable compared to prices in Singapore. I had my roots touched up, highlights and also treatment done at about S$180! I would highly recommend Angel at Crazy Cut Salon if you’re thinking of getting your hair done in Taipei. 🙂
Alright, enough of my hair for now. I will be sharing more about Taipei in a bit, but meanwhile, have a great week ahead!

Touch of Gold

March 27, 2013 by Regina Chow 1 Comment
I haven’t had the time nor energy to do outfit posts these days, but last weekend, I finally decided to pull myself out of the rut and get back into the groove of dressing up.
I’ve had these floral print palazzo pants in forever but have never found the opportunity to wear them out because nothing in my wardrobe seemed to go with it. Then as I was going through my rack just last week, I found this old sequin top from Bangkok that happened to go really well with them. I love how it also adds a touch of glitz to these granny pants. 😛

The rest of my accessories were mostly in shades of nude and gold as I didn’t want the outfit to be overshadowed. The nude wedges c/o of Bata did however add a spot of neon to the outfit. Me likey!
On a related note, I am one of the 4 winners for the Bata Spring Summer Bloggers’ Style Contest. Here’s a BIG thank you to all of you who voted for me!! 🙂

Accessories from Hermes, CCSkye, Diva and Accessorize
Vintage pearl belt from my mum’s closet
Lunch bag clutch from Wisteriea
Shoes from Bata

Joe’s Kitchen

March 26, 2013 by Regina Chow 2 Comments

Authentic Thai cuisine is hard to come by in Singapore, so if you’re looking for authentic Thai cuisine in the heartlands, you have to try Joe’s Kitchen. Located in Bukit Merah Lane 1, opposite Alexandra Hospital, it is a gem that I unraveled during a recent food review with Karen, Jasmine and Ruiying.
Joe is Thai (in the blue t-shirt below) and he’s the
wonderful chef behind all the sumptuous delicacies that you are about to
see in this post. While Joe whips up a storm in the kitchen, Jamie, his
wife, is always serving customers with a warm smile and making sure
that everyone is well taken care of.

I really liked the restaurant’s non-pretentious, homely ambience and the friendly service, which made me feel right at home. This is a place where you can let your guard down and unwind after a long day’s work by indulging in delicious Thai food!

Thai Iced Tea (S$2.50)
I like that the Thai iced tea here isn’t overwhelmingly sweet. It’s very refreshing and one of the best that I’ve tried. I can’t take caffeine because
it keeps me awake all night, but I have to order Thai iced tea whenever I
have Thai food. Now you know what my favourite drink is!

Mango Salad (S$7)

The mango salad appetizer has just the right mix of textures and flavours to awaken your tastebuds. The nuts add crunch and do a good job of balancing the sweet, sour and spicy flavours. In general, this appetizer is a pretty spicy one and will definitely not disappoint those of you who love spicy dishes.

Thai Prawn Cake (S$2.50 per piece)

The prawn cakes here are fried to golden perfection. The batter was light and crisp, just the way I like it. I would definitely order this again on my next visit!

Seafood Tom Yum Nam Kone (S$5.50/S$9.90/S$13.90)

The tom yum soup here packs a punch of flavours, complete with a lingering spiciness that makes this dish unforgettable. No wonder it is touted as one of the top 10 best tom yum soups in Singapore!

Mixed Vegetables (S$8/S$12/S$16)
The sliced chilli padi peeking out from all corners of this seemingly innocent dish promises to stimulate your tastebuds in the most unexpected ways. This dish is certainly not as bland as it looks. In fact, it is so flavourful, we finished the dish in minutes.

Black Olive Rice (S$8/S$12/S$16)

I have a penchant for olive vegetables in general and I liked that the black olive rice here is very fragrant and tasty. Yummy!

Thai Style Steamed Sea Bass (S$24)
The best way to test if a fish is fresh is to steam it, and I must say the fish here is really fresh! Infused with a blend of thai herbs and lemongrass, the fish is sweet, succulent and flavourful. This is another dish that I would highly recommend.

Claypot Crab with Vermicelli (Seasonal Price)
I love crabs and vermicelli so you can imagine how my eyes lit up the moment this dish was served. The glutton in me manifested and I devoured everything in no time.

Thai Red Ruby (S$3)
What better way is there to end a spicy meal than with a bowl of ice-cold Thai red ruby? This dessert is delicious and great for cooling down your palate. 😉

Tapioca with Coconut Milk (S$4.50)
I didn’t think I would like this dessert very much, but I was wrong. I LOVED it! The soft but firm texture of the tapioca went really well with the mild flavour of the coconut milk. Among all the desserts that we tried, this is my personal favourite.

Mango Sticky Rice (S$5.50)
Jamie told us that the mango that day was sour, but all of us were yearning for mango sticky rice that day and she was so sweet to accommodate our request. The glutinous rice was good, but as we had expected, the mango was sour. I’ll order this again when the mangoes are sweeter!
I thoroughly enjoyed the Thai cuisine at Joe’s kitchen and I’m very sure that I’ll be back again when I next crave for Thai food. If you’re looking for authentic Thai food in a cozy, homely setting, Joe’s Kitchen is the place to go!
